Hard refresh na mac chrome

Refreshing the chrome on my mac doesn't work using the keyboard shortcut (CMD+R). Using the hard refresh does work (CMD+SHIFT+R). I guess something has overwritten the CMD+R keyboard shortcut, but i cannot find what or where should i clean it. Would very much appreciate your support, Yotam.
